Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, Alexandre Motte worked for eight years within The Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Principal, focusing on healthcare and consumer goods. He also worked during two years within the Banque Nationale de Paris in New York, as an M&A analyst.

Frederic Collard joined AXA Private Equity in 1996, where he seconded Dominique Gaillard on the CEE investments, AXA Co-Investment activity and AXA Capital Fund. Previously, he was investment manager in the private equity department of GAN from 1990 to 1995. From 1987 to 1990, he was successively analyst, head of the research team and fund manager at GAN.

Emmanuel Raffner joined the AXA Private Equity’s Co-Investment team in 2010. He started his career at IFP before integrating the Crédit Agricole Group in 2000. In 2008, he joined the Leveraged Finance team of AXA IM.

Carole Barnay joined AXA Private Equity in 2001 as Financial Controller Manager of the Direct Funds department then moved to the Co-Investment team as Investment Manager in 2006. She began her career at Arthur Andersen in 2000 as auditor.

Antoine Lencou-Barème joined AXA Private Equity in 2006 in Paris as Head of the Valuation department for direct funds. In 2008, he transferred to the Co-Investment team. He started his career with Credit Lyonnais, before working as a senior consultant with Towers Perrin. He joined the AXA Group in 2001.

Stéphane Guichard joined AXA Private Equity in 2005 as Financial Controller for the Fund of Funds department then moved to the Valuation department for 2 years before integrating the Co-Investment team in 2010 as Investment Manager. He started his career as auditor with Mazars et Guérard.

Audrey Detavernier joined the Co-Investment team within AXA Private Equity in October 2011. Prior to that, she had been working for four years within Rothschild in London.

Lamia Daif joined the Co-Investment team in May 2011, after a one-year-internship within the Corporate & Development department of AXA Private Equity. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, Lamia completed various internships Mediobanca and HSBC.
