Philippe Poletti joined AXA Private Equity in 1999. He began his career in consulting in 1990 at Solving International in Paris and Milan. In September 1994, he joined the Desnoyers group (copper tube manufacturer) as Business Development Manager and then became a special consultant to the President. From 1997-1999, he became Head of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments at DMC, a textile group.
Mathieu Antonini joined AXA Private Equity for the second time in 2009 after 9 years within the LBO Mid Cap team in Paris from 1988 to 2007. In 2007 he launched his own advising and M&A business. Former Analyst with Schroder Ventures/Permira he began his career within a subsidiary of the Saint Gobain Group in Brazil.
Thibault Basquin joined AXA Private Equity in 2001. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in 2000 as an Auditor. Thibault Basquin is member of the Board of AXA Private Equity Foundation since 2010.
Beatrice Beitmann joined AXA Private Equity in 2001. She worked seven years as a consultant in M&A at Delbrück Private Bankers and Hypo Bank and three years as a freelance consultant to international clients. She then spent over a year as European Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Canadian multinational Quebecor Printing Inc.
Lise Fauconnier joined AXA Private Equity in 1998. She began her career at Clinvest, the investment banking subsidiary of Crédit Lyonnais, with responsibility for Mergers & Acquisitions, restructuring and portfolio management. She was appointed Investment Manager at EURIS.
Bruno Ladrière joined AXA Private Equity in 2002. From 1988-1990, he was Market Research Manager at Rhône-Poulenc Belgium. From 1992-1994, he worked as a Consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. in Boston. He was a co-founding partner of Triago where he advised several Private Equity teams on fundraising and investment screening from 1994-1997. He then spent five years working as Investment Manager at PAI.
Caspar von Meibom joined AXA Private Equity in 2008 as an Advisor in Frankfurt. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, he worked as an Associate Director within Industri Kapital in Hamburg. Prior to joining Industri Kapital in 2002, he worked for three years within Goldman Sachs in M&A in Frankfurt.
Christof Naményi joined AXA Private Equity in 2006 in Frankfurt. He has held various positions within the ABN AMRO Group from 1998 to 2006. He was a consultant from 1995 to 1998, with the engineering consulting firm Lahmeyer International, where he worked on various infrastructure projects in Zambia, Slovenia, Lithuania, South Africa, Indonesia, Pakistan and Germany.
Wolfgang Pietzsch joined AXA Private Equity in 2003. From 1994-1998, he worked at Price Waterhouse Transaction Services (Frankfurt) on German and international M&A projects. He then worked at ABN AMRO Capital (Frankfurt) for five years as Senior Investment Manager responsible for Growth Expansion and LBO operations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Nicolo Saidelli joined AXA Private Equity in 2008 as a Director within the LBO Mid Cap team with the responsibility of the Italian Investments based in Milan. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, he worked since 2003 within the L Capital fund as a Partner and Manager of the Italian office. He also worked within GE Equity Italia, Salomon Smith Barney, Lehman Brothers, the Richemont Group, Canal Plus and Olivetti Group.
Yann Bak joined AXA Private Equity in 2003 after various internships in a Growth Expansion fund at EPF Partners and Merrill Lynch (Washington D.C.).
Yann Chareton joined the AXA Private Equity LBO Mid Cap team as Investment Manager in 2005. Previously, he has been since 2003 with Calyon Paris in the Investment Financing Department where he participated to various transactions in France and in Italy.
Olivier Personnaz joined AXA Private Equity in June 2011, after 5 years within Apax Partners. He began his carreer at McKinsey & Company in 2001.
Laurent Roquette joined the Mid Market Enterprise Capital team in 2008. In 1998, he joined the Société Générale where he worked for two years as analyst in Sao Paulo before moving to the Corporate Acquisition Finance Group in Paris and London where he took part in corporate structured financing of Havas, Alstom, Eridania Beghin-Say. In 2003, he moved towards LBO deals and joined The Royal Bank of Scotland where he was involved in various acquisition projects: Amadeus, Frans Bonhomme, Le Moniteur, Vivarte.
Alexandre Vannelle joined AXA Private Equity in 2013, after 7 years within Astorg Partners, a French investment company. He began his carrier at JPMorgan working on mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.
Fabian Wagener joined AXA Private Equity in Frankfurt in 2010 as a Senior Investment Manager. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, Fabian worked three years for Granville Baird, a Hamburg based Private Equity fund. He started his career within KPMG in Frankfurt within the Corporate Finance – M&A Department.
Marco Bellino joined AXA Private Equity in 2013 as a Senior Investment Manager in Milan. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, he worked as a Senior Associate within Hutton Collins Partners in London. From 2006 to 2010, he was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in Milan.
Nicolas Darnaud joined AXA Private Equity in 2012 as a Senior Investment Manager in Paris. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, he worked as an Associate within Fondations Capital in Paris. Previously, he was a Manager within Ernst & Young Transaction Services from 2006 to 2011.
Daniel Setton joined AXA Private Equity in Paris in 2007 as Analyst. He had been intern in 2005 within the Co-Investment department in Paris and in New York.
Prior to joining AXA Private Equity in Frankfurt in 2010, Matthias Breuckmann completed internships within Ernst & Young and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
Gunnar Chrestin joined AXA Private Equity in 2013 as Investment Manager within the Mid Market Enterprise Capital team in Frankfurt. From 2009 – 2012, Gunnar worked in Lazard’s M&A and Restructuring division in Frankfurt.
Alexandra Goltsova joined the team in 2010, after one year within the Finance and Administration department of AXA Private Equity and then 3 years with its Corporate Development department. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, Alexandra completed various internships within Total as Credit Analyst and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Arnaud Tardan joined AXA Private Equity in 2011 as an Investment Manager. Previously, Arnaud worked at Montefiore Investment, a LBO fund specialized in the services and retail industries.
Federico Zito joined AXA Private Equity in January 2011. He previously completed various internships in Milan: within Eurazéo for one year, and within Rothschild and Morgan Stanley for 6 months each.
Edouard Level joined AXA Private Equity in 2013 as an Analyst within the Mid Market Enterprise Capital team in Paris, where he had been intern between July to December 2011. Before joining AXA Private Equity, he completed various internships within Bain & Company and BNP Paribas in Paris.
Alexis Manet joined AXA Private Equity in 2012 as an Analyst within the Mid Market Enterprise Capital team in Paris. Before joining AXA Private Equity, he had been working as a Junior Analyst in Bridgepoint’s Small Cap fund for one year. Before that, he completed various internships, notably within the French investment fund LFPI and within Microsoft in Seattle.
