Olivier has 18 years of private equity experience including 13 years with AXA Private Equity. He began his career in 1996 as a junior investment manager in a private company, specializing in recovery investments. Olivier was also involved in M&A transactions and advised companies with respect to their IPOs. In 1999, he joined Renaissance Investissements, an investment fund specializing in turnaround situations. He joined AXA Private Equity in early 2001 where he was in charge of turnaround activities and also completed some direct transactions. He joined the Private Debt team at its inception in 2005.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, Christophe Vulliez worked for AXA Investment Managers as a Portfolio Manager in a LBO and Corporate debt fund. Previously, he spent 7 years within BNP Paribas where he held several positions in leverage finance (Mid cap division) and in private equity (PAI Hong Kong & BNP Paribas Principal Investments).

Jenhao Han joined AXA Private Equity in 2006, and is responsible for all activities in Asia including investment and business development.
Jenhao Han has extensive professional experience in the US, Japan, Korea and China through his investment and consulting career. He has developed a deep understanding of the Asia region through his work in advising companies on cross-border strategic and operational issues. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, he was consulting at Deloitte & Touche Solutions Group.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, Stefano Mion worked at Merrill Lynch in the European Leveraged Finance Team in London, UBS Investment Bank in Milan in the Corporate Finance Team after 3 years spent at J.P. Morgan in London. He is head of AXA Private Equity UK since 2010.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, Guillaume Chinardet has been since 2004 within BNP Paribas in the Media & Telecom Department as Associate on Leveraged Finance. He previously worked within Deloitte & Touche as Auditor and within Société Générale Investment Banking as Analyst.

Jean-Marc Fiamma joined AXA Private Equity Venture team in 2000 where he initiated several investments in the IT and electronics sectors. He then moved to the Private Debt team in 2008. He began his career at BNP Private Equity (Banexi) first in charge of the Middle Office of FCPR (Venture Capital funds) then as Investment Manager working on several operations.

Catalin Cibu joined AXA Private Equity in 2008 where he has achieved a six-month internship. Before joining AXA Private Equity, he worked from September 2006 to January 2008 within Berkery, Noyes & Co LLC in New York as well as RBC.

Prior to joining AXA Private Equity in 2007 as an Analyst within the Private Debt team after a six-month internship, Gregory Pernot carried out several internships within Merrill Lynch in Washington, Publicis Finances Services and BNP Paribas.

Prior to joining AXA Private Equity in 2008 as an Analyst within the Private Debt team after a six-month internship, Jean-David Ponsin carried out several internships within KPMG Audit, Mc Cann Relationship Marketing and Bouygues Télécom.

Before joining AXA Private Equity as Analyst within the Fund of Funds team in Milan in 2008, Luca Sigismondi worked since 2006 within the investment bank, Bank of America in London and Milan. He also spent one year within L.E.K. Consulting.

Julien Jozereau joined AXA Private Equity in January 2011 as an Analyst within the Private Debt team in Paris, where he already completed an internship from June to December 2010.
He previously completed a six-month internship within the M&A Advisory department of Deloitte Finance.
