Edouard Boscher has an MBA from ISG Paris.

He joined AXA in 1993 and AXA Private Equity in 2002 to take up the post of Head of Client Relations. Previously, he was in charge of relations with French insurance companies at AXA Investment Managers for five years. And prior to that, he worked at AXA’s Central Office for two years as Head of all assets managed by and for the AXA group worldwide. He began his career at AXA Asset Management as a Fund Manager in Emerging Markets.

Caterina Piatto holds a CEMS MIM Master from HEC (1998) and graduated from Bocconi University (Milano).

From 1998 to 2000, she handled various finance and organisation audit missions for the department of internal audit of L'Oreal. In June 2000, she was in charge of the Italian market for Parvest (a sicav from Luxembourg) at BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris, and for other products for which she was providing financial advisory services, marketing/communication and commercial support for 300 Italian financial institutions.

Martin Kessi joined AXA Private Equity as a Senior Investment Manager in 2008 and is based in Zurich.

Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, he had been working for four years as an Investment Advisor within Nanodimension in Zurich.

MBA from the Harvard Business School, Master's degree in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA and Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Prior to joining AXA Private Equity in 2005, Lachmi-Niwas Sadani  worked in the LBO team of Apax Partners, based out of London, where he was involved in the buyouts of Hansen Transmissions NV and PCM Uitgevers BV. He was also involved in formulating the firm's strategy for Asian investments.

Prior to Apax, he was a Vice President with the Asian direct investment team of GIC Special Investments, Singapore. Before that, he was the founding CEO of Innovation Associates Pte Ltd, a premier business incubator, based out of Singapore. He started his career as a management consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc., where he led assignments for clients across North America and Asia Pacific.
