Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, Stefano Mion worked at Merrill Lynch as an Associate in the European Leveraged Finance Team in London, UBS Investment Bank in Milan in the Corporate Finance Team after 3 years spent at JP Morgan in London.
He performed several internships with Lazard Frères & Co. in New York and Goldman Sachs in London.

Yann Chareton joined the AXA Private Equity LBO team as Investment Manager in October 2005.
Previously, he has been since 2003 with Calyon Paris in the Investment Financing Department where he participated to various transactions in France and in Italy.

Nicolo Saidelli joined AXA Private Equity in October 2008 as a Director within the LBO Mid-Cap team with the responsibility of the Italian Investments based in Milan.
Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, he worked since 2003 within the L Capital fund as a Partner and Manager of the Italian office. He also worked within GE Equity Italia, Salomon Smith Barney, Lehman Brothers, the Richemont Group, Canal Plus and Olivetti Group.

Before joining AXA Private Equity, Luca Sigismondi worked since 2006 within the investment bank, Bank of America in London and Milan. He also spent one year within L.E.K. Consulting.
He has joined AXA Private Equity on September, 2008 as an Analyst within the Fund of Funds team in Milan.

Paolo Bergonzini joined AXA Private Equity in Milan in March 2007 as Director, within the LBO Small Cap team.
He began his career in 1988 at Arthur Andersen in Milan where he was involved in statutory audits and acquisition due diligence. From 1991 till 1993 he was Sales Director at Farmoprint, a printing company for the pharmaceutical industry. In 1994, he joined Eptaconsors, the M&A division in the Epta Group where he became Senior Analyst and in 1997 he integrated Eptaventure, becoming Investment Manager within the Private Equity team. In 2002, he joined Industria & Finanza as a Senior Investment Manager, where he participated on investments and was involved in fundraising activities.

Marco Molteni joined AXA Private Equity in Milan in April 2007.
Previously, he was Senior Associate at Finlombarda Gestioni SGR, a Venture Capital and private equity firm. From 2001 to 2005, he was Associate at Argos Soditic in Milan. He began his career at the Deutsche Bank in Milan as a Fixed Income Desk Sales Support.
