As a leading international private equity firm, AXA Private Equity takes an active approach to implementing best practices for its clients and is committed to adopting a socially responsible investment philosophy, both as a shareholder and as a company.
This initiative complements the actions already carried out:
- Distributing a share of the capital gains among all employees for the transactions in which AXA Private Equity is the majority shareholder,
- Employing systematic due diligence on environmental and social issues in our portfolio companies,
- Putting in place rigorous corporate governance rules.
This approach fits perfectly with our long term investment philosophy and core values of responsibility, ethics and transparency.
We are proud to have become, since May 2009, a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) issued by the United Nations and to have establish our own Corporate Social Responsibility Charter.
