Philippe Poletti joined AXA Private Equity in 1999.

Bruno Ladrière joined AXA Private Equity in 2002.
From 1988-1990, he was Market Research Manager at Rhône-Poulenc Belgium. From 1992-1994, he worked as a Consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. in Boston. He was a co-founding partner of Triago where he advised several Private Equity teams on fund-raising and investment screening from 1994-1997. He then spent five years working as Investment Manager at PAI.

Christof Naményi joined AXA Private Equity in 2006 in Frankfurt.
He has held various positions within the ABN AMRO Group from 1998 to 2006.
He was a consultant from 1995 to 1998, with the engineering consulting firm Lahmeyer International, where he worked on various infrastructure projects in Zambia, Slovenia, Lithuania, South Africa, Indonesia, Pakistan and Germany.

Mark Rohde joined AXA Private Equity in April 2008. After a 7 month internship in AXA Private Equity’s direct funds team in 2004, he joined the Transaction Services Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt, where he worked mainly on domestic transactions. In 2006 he transferred to London, where he worked as Manager on domestic and international transactions.

Laurent Roquette joined AXA Private Equity Co-Investment Team in September 2006 in Paris as Senior Investment Manager then moved to the LBO Mid Cap team in 2008.
In 1998, he joined the Société Générale where he worked for two years as analyst in Sao Paulo before moving to the Corporate Acquisition Finance Group in Paris and London where he took part in corporate structured financing of Havas, Alstom, Eridania Beghin-Say.In 2003, he moved towards LBO deals and joined The Royal Bank of Scotland where he was involved in various acquisitions projects: Amadeus, Frans Bonhomme, Le Moniteur, Vivarte.
