Activity

TRE & Partners is a holding company devoted to investing in wind farms, hydroelectric stations and solar energy projects in Italy. TRE & Partners currently holds investments in wind farms and hydroelectric projects, both in operation and under development or construction, with a total global capacity exceeding 400 MW.

History

TRE & Partners was created on the 16th February 2009 by the Italian group Tozzi who own 55% of its capital, and AXA Private Equity who own 45%.

Strategy

The joint venture strengthens the partnership in the Italian renewable energy sector between the Tozzi Group and AXA Private Equity. AXA Private Equity brings to the partnership its considerable experience of the infrastructure market, along with a strong international presence and access to extensive business networks. The Tozzi Group has brought its investments in renewable energy projects as well as its knowledge and expertise in the sector.
