Jean-Marc Fiamma joined AXA Private Equity Venture team in 2000 where he initiated several investments in the IT and electronics sectors. He then moved to the Mezzanine team in June 2008.
He began his career at BNP Private Equity (Banexi) first in charge of the Middle Office of FCPRs (Venture Capital funds) then as Investment Manager working on several operations.
Christophe Carrasco joined AXA Private Equity in 2001. After 4 years in the turnaround activity, he joined the mezzanine team to start the activity first in Europe in 2005, then from New York to develop the mezzanine investment in the US from 2007-2010. He is now based in Paris involved both on European and US mezzanine transactions.

Jenhao joined AXA Private Equity in 2006, and is responsible for all activities in Asia including investment and business development.
Jenhao has extensive professional experience in the US, Japan, Korea and China through his investment and consulting career. He has developed a deep understanding of the Asia region through his work in advising companies on cross-border strategic and operational issues. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, Jenhao was consulting at Deloitte & Touche Solutions Group.
