Global Investments Performance Standard

With transparency, completeness and reliability of data forming core requirements of our operating procedures, in 2004 AXA Private Equity was the first private equity firm to be certified compliant with GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards). As testament to our determination to constantly improve our solutions to meet the requirements and concerns of our clients and partners, the GIPS certification has since been renewed.

GIPS represents an international code of good practice regarding accurate presentation of performance. Complying with the standards results in an accurate and complete picture of past performance and ensures high quality information. The GIPS certification confirms a realistic, objective and consistent presentation of performance and ensures that AXA Private Equity has developed a reliable, integrated and audited reporting system, while fostering transparency and comparability.
