Philippe Poletti graduated from ESLSCA specialising in Finance and from INSEAD.
He began his career in consulting in 1990 at Solving International in
Paris and
Milan. In
September 1994, he joined the Desnoyers group (copper tube manufacturer) as
Business Development Manager and then became a special consultant to the
President. From 1997-1999, he became Head of Mergers, Acquisitions and
Divestments at DMC, a textile group. He joined AXA Private Equity in
1999.
Beatrice Beitmann graduated from the European Business School (Frankfurt, Paris, Phoenix USA).
She worked seven years as a consultant in M&A at Delbrück Private
Bankers and Hypo Bank and three years as a freelance consultant to international
clients. She then spent over a year as European Head of Mergers &
Acquisitions for the Canadian multinational Quebecor Printing Inc. before
joining AXA Private Equity in early 2001.
Bruno Ladrière has a PhD in Medicine and an MBA specialising in Finance from the Wharton School, USA.
From 1988-1990, he was Market Research Manager at
Rhône-PoulencBelgium. From 1992-1994, he worked as
a Consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. in Boston. He was a co-founding partner of Triago
where he advised several Private Equity teams on fund-raising and investment
screening from 1994-1997. He then spent five years working as Investment Manager
at PAI. He joined AXA Private Equity in 2002.
Frédéric Collard graduated from Université Paris-Dauphine with a master’s degree in Management and is SFAF qualified (French Society of Financial Analysts).
He began his career as a Financial Analyst and then went on to work as
a Consultant from 1991-1995 in GAN’s department specialised in investments in
unlisted companies. He joined AXA Private Equity in
1996.
Lise Fauconnier graduated from HEC with a degree in Monetary Economics.
She began her career at Clinvest, the investment banking subsidiary of
Crédit Lyonnais, with responsibility for Mergers
& Acquisitions, restructuring and portfolio management. Subsequently she was
appointed Investment Manager at EURIS before joining AXA Private Equity in early
1998.
Eric Neuplanche is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (Nantes), has a DESS (post-graduate professional degree) in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Paris IX-Dauphine and a DECF (Accounting and Finance diploma).
He began his career at Permira in Paris
(1996-2000) working on large-scale LBOs. He was subsequently appointed Director
of Finance and Administration (DAF) at an Internet company and joined AXA
Private Equity in 2000.
Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) having majored in Finance.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen in 2000 as an Auditor and subsequently
joined AXA Private Equity in january 2001. Since then, he has been involved in
several acquisitions, of which Eliokem, Camaïeu, Bénédicta, Champeau, Photonis,
as well as build-ups transactions for portfolio companies, notably for Champeau
and Photonis.
Laurent graduated from ESSEC.
In 1998, he joined the Société Générale where he worked for two years as
analyst in Sao Paulo before moving to the Corporate Acquisition Finance Group in
Paris and London where he took part corporate structured financing of Havas,
Alstom, Eridania Beghin-Say. In 2003, he moved towards LBO deals and joined
The Royal Bank of Scotland where he was involved in various acquisitions
projects: Amadeus, Frans Bonhomme, Le Moniteur, Vivarte.
Laurent joined AXA Private Equity Co-Investment Team in September 2006 in
Paris as Senior Investment Manager. He reports to Emmanuel
Lejay.
Yann holds a DESS (post-graduate professional degree) in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from the Université Paris IX- Dauphine and a Graduate Certificate from the American University, Washington D.C.
After various internships in a Growth Expansion fund at EPF Partners
and Merrill Lynch (Washington D.C.), he joined AXA Private Equity in
2003.

Before joining AXA Private Equity, Yann has been since 2003 with Calyon Paris
in the Investment Financing Department where he participated to various

He joined the AXA Private Equity LBO team as Investment Manager in October

Daniel has been intern in 2005 within the Co-Investment department in Paris,
and in New York.
He joined AXA Private Equity in Paris on July 9th 2007 as Analyst within the
buyout team.

Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, Olivier carried out several internships
within Calyon, Société Générale and Bear Stearns in San Francisco.
He joined AXA Private Equity in March 2007.
Wolfgang Pietzsch has an MBA from Goethe University, Frankfurt.
From 1994-1998, he worked at Price Waterhouse Transaction Services
(Frankfurt) on German and international M&A projects. He then worked at ABN
AMRO Capital (Frankfurt) for five years as Senior Investment Manager responsible
for Growth Expansion and LBO operations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He
joined AXA Private Equity in 2003.
Christof graduated in Economics and Commercial Science from the Goethe University of Frankfurt/Main.
He was a consultant from 1995 to 1998, with the engineering consulting firm
Lahmeyer International, where he worked on the Economics and financial analysis
of various infrastructure projects in Zambia, Slovenia, Lithuania, South Africa,
Indonesia, Pakistan and Germany. Christof has held various positions within
the ABN AMRO Group: from 2001 to 2004 as Senior Investment Manager for Germany,
Switzerland and Austria with ABN AMRO Capital. In 2005 he joined the MBO
of ABN AMRO Capital’s German speaking portfolio, which was successfully divested
in 2005 and 2006. From 1998 to 2000, he was Director within the Structured
Finance Unit of ABN AMRO Bank where he worked on key projects such as Film Fonds
Babelsberg Studio, Premiere, Canal Plus.
He joined AXA Private Equity on November 2006 in Frankfurt as Director
LBO.
Business Economics from the University of Cologne. Michael studied also at the University of Limerick in Ireland
Michael started his career with Sal. Oppenheim & Cie in Cologne. In 1999
he joined the new established Corporate Finance Practice of Deloitte in
Düsseldorf. End of 2005 he joined the Deloitte Corporate Finance Team in Hong
Kong.
He joined AXA Private Equity in Frankfurt on September 3rd 2007 as an
Investment Director. Michael Reuther joined the L.B.O.-Buyout
team.
Mark holds a diploma in Business Administration from Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen Nuremberg, a diploma in Corporate Finance (ICAEW) and is CFA charter holder.
After a 7 months internship in AXA Private Equity’s direct funds team in
2004, he joined the Transaction Services Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in
Frankfurt, where he worked mainly on domestic transactions. In 2006 he
transferred to London, where he worked as Manager on domestic and international
transactions. He re-joined AXA Private Equity in April 2008.
