Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2005, Cécile has been Investment Director with Mezzanis (Crédit Agricole Private Equity) from 2002 to 2005. From 1992 to 2000, she was Investment Manager and partners with ELIG, a LBO fund created in Paris in 1990. She was previously Associate in the M&A and corporate finance departments with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in New York and Paris.

Master’s degree in Financial Techniques from ESSEC and Master’s degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2001, Olivier joined Renaissance Investissements (recovery) in 1999.

He started his career in 1996 as a Junior Investment Manager in an independent structure where he started specialising in recovery.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, Guillaume has been since 2004 with BNP Paribas in the Media & Telecom Department as Associate on Leveraged Finance. He previously worked with Deloitte & Touche as Auditor and with Société Générale Investment Banking as Analyst.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, Christophe worked for AXA Investment Managers as a Portfolio Manager in a LBO and Corporate debt fund. Previously, Christophe spent 7 years within BNP Paribas where he held several positions in private equity and leverage finance.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, Grégory carried out several internships within Merrill Lynch in Washington,  Publicis Finances Services and BNP Paribas.

He joined AXA Private Equity as an Analyst, within the Mezzanine team, after a six-month internship.

Prior to joining AXA Private Equity in 2008, Jean-David carried out several internships within KPMG Audit, Mc Cann Relationship Marketing and Bouygues Télécom.

He joined AXA Private Equity as an Analyst within the Mezzanine team after a six-months internship.

Before joining AXA Private Equity Germany in 2006, he completed various internships at the M&A department of Infineon Technologies, McKinsey, PwC Consulting and the BMW group while studying a Master’s degree in Finance in the University of Nottingham and University of Brighton.

He started his career in 2001 at AXA Private Equity after completing several internships at Renaissance Investissements in 1999, at AXA Private Equity's back office in 2000 and at BNP Paribas.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 2007, he previously worked at Merrill Lynch as an Associate in the European Leveraged Finance Team in London,  UBS Investment Bank in Milan in the Corporate Finance Team after 3 years spent at JP Morgan in London.

He performed several internships with Lazard Frères & Co. in New York and Goldman Sachs in London.
