Brainsonic opens its capital to AXA Private Equity

Axa Private Equity invests in Brainsonic, a European leader in rich media contents production and Corporate WebTV portals. This cash is to boost the company’s development and strengthen its European leadership.

Brainsonic is a pure player specialized in rich media contents production and WebTV portals dedicated to corporate communication, marketing and training. Brainsonic was created in 2003 by a team of Internet pioneers and has known a three digits growth every year both in France and in neighbourhood European countries. “We are basically on the same 200% growth path again for 2007” confidently states Jean-Louis Benard, CEO of Brainsonic.

With its Corporate WebTV Portals, Brainsonic managed to seduce numerous corporate customers, political parties, media or communities (asset management!) with a highly ergonomic, web 2.0 based, ASP portal. Such a solution allows Brainsonic customers to have their own private and controlled “TV Channel” at a very competitive price to communicate to their prospects, resellers networks, or even, manage in a very innovative way their whole worldwide internal communication!

For rich media contents production (Videomails, Webcasts and any other interactive video contents accessible on-demand over the Internet), Brainsonic has, thanks to a unique industrialized approach, cut the retail price of those contents by up to 5 folds, guaranteeing at the same time a professional quality and timely delivery. Such quality/price positioning brings to Brainsonic’s customers the possibility to adopt full “video-based” communication, marketing or training strategies.

This capital increase with AXA private Equity will enable Brainsonic to accelerate its European expansion but will also provide all the necessary means and infrastructure for external growth projects.
