Jean-Louis Constanza signed an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) agreement on Friday 12th May with Orange France. His company – CGBC – can now operate mobiles using the Orange radio network. The agreement has been designed to enable CGBC to expand rapidly in stable economic conditions. This development program has been financed by financial stakeholders, one of the front line players being AXA Private Equity. As Chairman of the CGBC Executive Committee, Jean-Louis Constanza declared: «Signing this contract with Orange is great news for us. It will enable us to offer original, highly innovating services to French consumers fitting their needs exactly as they see them. We’re talking about the services that individuals and professionals are really waiting for. » Laurent Grimaldi, Director of AXA Private Equity, declared: « We are convinced that CGBC will truly revolutionize the mobile market offering services that are really going to stand out. The contract as signed with Orange has played an essential part in our own decision to contribute to CGBC’s financing.
