AXA Private Equity is reorganizing its Funds of Funds activity Paris, the 22st of March 2006.

As part of its rapidly developing international growth, AXA Private Equity’s Executive Committee is currently reorganizing its Funds of Funds activity.

Changes in the Funds of Funds activity in both the London and New York offices are being driven by Vincent Gombault, its General Manager and member of the Executive Committee. The London office is modifying its structure to become a limited company - AXA Private Equity UK - and will be settled into its new premises by 1st June 2006. James Pitt, head of this office is leaving the company, as well as David Hutchings who should be taking on a new role as consultant. On 1st July 2006, Michael Ferragamo, currently Compliance Officer AXA Private Equity US, will be joining AXA Private Equity UK as Compliance Officer for both companies in UK and US. Alexandre Monteux from the Paris office is moving to UK to join the investment team.
In New York, Barry Miller, Senior Investment Manager, is leaving the company. Vladimir Colas from the Paris Office and Mark Benedetti will join the New York Office.
