AXA Private Equity expands in Germany Paris, 12 September 2005.

AXA Private Equity, one of Europe’s leading Private Equity houses, has expanded further in Germany. The success of its direct industrial investment strategy thus far has induced AXA Private Equity to enlarge its management team.

With Werner Quillmann, former Managing Partner at the Private Equity company Equita Management GmbH, AXA Private Equity has gained a successful equity Investment Manager and experienced specialist in the direct Private Equity sector. Mr. Quillmann will strengthen the direct Private Equity business team.

Dominique Senequier, Global CEO of AXA Private Equity, is satisfied with the progress of the business in Germany: “By further expanding our top management, we are responding to the dynamic developments on the German market.
