AXA Private Equity reduces its stake in Bull to below the 5% threshold Paris, Friday November 26, 2004

Having sold part of its stake on the market, AXA Private Equity now owns less than 5% of Bull’s capital.

In June this year, AXA Private Equity contributed € 6.4 million to the capital increase that enabled Bull to implement its financial restructuring plan.

Recent announcements by Bull indicate that it has now almost completed its restructuring and is set to enter a new phase.
