Sysload Software opens its capital to AXA Private Equity Creteil, Wednesday September 4, 2002

Sysload Software, a publisher of software solutions for the supervision and quality assessment of IT systems, has opened its capital to AXA Private Equity, a capital management company with an exclusive focus on investments in unlisted companies, with the objective of developing its profile in European, US and Asian markets. AXA Private Equity is investing € 1.5 million.

After five consecutive years with an average annual pace of sales growth of 25%, Sysload Software has shown its ability to provide efficient software solutions that are easy to install, produce pertinent data and generate an immediate return on investment for their clients. 

According to Dominique Senequier, AXA Private Equity's CEO, "Sysload’s rapid growth reflects the needs of many large groups with respect to the supervision and the quality of their IT systems".   The group’s technological expertise, its commercial references and its managerial experience will allow the company to consolidate its leader position in France and to develop its business in other European markets”.

Encouraged by its success in France (80% of sales), Sysload Software plans to target other European markets starting with the UK and Germany. Once established in these markets, Sysload Software will have a leader position in Europe, an essential stage before beginning the conquest of market share in the US and Asia.

As of autumn 2002, a team of five (1 manager, 2 salespersons and 2 engineers) will cover the UK; in 2003, a similar team will start operating in Germany.   Sysload Software has set a sales target of € 10 million by end 2004. According to Jérôme de Monteil, CEO of Sysload Software, "the partnership with AXA Private Equity is long-term and it will allow us to accelerate our development on international markets and thereby meet our medium to long-term targets".
