He graduated from ENST (Telecom Paris) and holds a doctorate in Mathematics.

Laurent created NETs SA that he had been managing since 1998. NETs SA is a pan-European telecom and infrastructure operator which was later sold to Tiscali International.

Laurent has gained a wide experience in the Telecom sector. He had been in charge of the telecommunication at the Paris City Hall and he had been Manager of Services for Southern Europe of Schlumberger Cards Systems.

The Venture team is reinforcing with Laurent Grimaldi as Director. He had been Venture Partner since May 2005.

Laurent Foata holds a master’s degree in Management from Sup de Co and a DESS (post-graduate professional degree) in Law.

He began his career in 1995 at Banexi (Paris) where he managed portfolio investments and was in charge of management control before being appointed Deputy General Secretary. He then moved to BNP Private Equity to take up the post of Investment Manager for three years and joined AXA Private Equity in early 2000.

Jean-Marc Fiamma holds a DESS (post-graduate professional degree) in Finance from CETFI (Business and Engineering school) and a master’s degree in Economics.

He began his career at BNP Private Equity (Banexi) first in charge of the Middle Office of FCPRs (Venture Capital funds) then as Investment Manager working on several operations. He joined AXA Private Equity in late 2000 where he initiated several investments in the IT and electronics sectors.

Glenn Richard holds a DESS (post-graduate professional degree) in Financial Instruments and a master's degree in Financial Engineering from ESF (engineering school in Cergy-Pontoise).

After gaining initial experience in international financing in industry, he joined AXA Private Equity in 2000.

Antoine Lacour holds a DESS (post-graduate professional degree) in Technology and Innovation Management from Université Paris-Dauphine and CEA, and a master’s degree in Corporate Management and Finance.

Having gained initial experience in business development and mergers and acquisitions in industry, he joined AXA Private Equity in early 1999.

Before joining AXA Private Equity, Alexis has been since 1999 with BNP Paribas in the Equity Capital Markets department as Vice President.

He joined AXA Private Equity in Paris in May 2007 as Senior Investment Manager within the Venture team.

Ingmar holds a master’s degree in International Business from ESSEC Business School (France) and Thunderbird University (US), and a graduate degree from ISTM (Management of Biotechnology, major in Finance).

Ingmar did several internships in the finance, strategy and biotech fields: Corporate Consulting Group (US), Xerfi (France), UNAM and Laboratorios Silanes (Mexico).

He joined AXA Private Equity in March 2006 as Investment Analyst in the Venture Team, after a 9 months internship in this same team.

Ecole Supérieure de Commerce from Le Havre / Caen (DECF - French Accounting Qualification)

Prior to joining AA Private Equity at the beginning of 2005, Isabelle Ricard spent two years based in Paris and Geneva as Head of Finance and Administration for a firm managing private assets.

Previously Isabelle spent three years as financial controller for GFK, the German-based marketing analysis and research group. From 1996 to 1999, she was an auditor with KPMG Audit.
